Press Release on Palm Beach Fod Reviews
United States of America (Press Release) August 24, 2008 -- Palm Beach, Florida-- Teen journalist and freelance writer Ilana Jacqueline recently launched a innovative new food review and restaurant listing website to out the best eateries in Palm Beach County. PalmBeachFoodReviews.com launched earlier this summer. Always the foodie, 18-year-old Jacqueline created the website in hopes to draw locals and tourists to some of her favorite joints.

The website already has reviews of some well known restaurants like Moe’s Southwestern Grill and Ben’s Kosher Deli. Ilana has also discovered a few unknown gems, like Char- Grillers in Boca Del Mar and Juice & Java in West Boca, that are soon to be the next big thing. Ilana’s keen eye for affordable and scrumptious meals is brought to life through her hilarious and honest reviews.

Gastronimical Jew is the blog Ilana Jacqueline hosts where she shares all her culinary adventures. Jacqueline draws on her Jewish heritage to rate the best delis and relies on her daring tongue to sample the savory, so-so, and strange. Her blog also lists her must have grocery items and obscure new food products. Her blog is quickly becoming a favorite for many, including aspiring chefs and college students.

A new feature is being added to the website which will soon allow Palm beach restaurant owners to cash in on PalmBeachFoodReviews.com success. Owners will be able to pay a small fee list their restaurant and menu on her website. A percentage of the fee will go to one of the many charities listed on PalmBeachFoodReviews.com.

“Right now one of the main questions visitors ask me through my website is ‘where can I get an index of all restaurants around here?’” Palm Beach Food Reviews is working on making this dream a reality.

For more information about the PalmBeachFoodReviews.com, please contact Ilana Jacqueline by calling 561-542-1105, or by email at Ilana@PalmBeachFoodReviews.com.

Published by Breath & Shadow & SDKJ*(@#&*(@ BREAKING DAWN!
Photobucket

My original short story, "Scream", was published by an online publication called Breath & Shadow. The story is on my website...but you can also view it online in the new issue of this publication here.

Alright. So of COURSE I read Breaking Dawn. And of course, I'm in love with the Twilight Series and do often pray to the mormon goddess that is Stephenie Meyer. I was one of those screaming, giddy fangirls prancing through the line for the midnight release. (And of course my boyfriend was sullenly accompanying me)

I devoured that book. I ate that book alive. It was still kicking its inked legs when I sunk my teeth into it. I am beyond thrilled with the ending of the series. The subject matter of the book was perfect--at least for me. The series grew with me, it, in a very sly way encompassed all the issues that you encounter growing up and being in love. Of course it took them to an extreme and sprinkled vampires, werewolves, impossible pregnancies, and telepathic abominations that call 18 year old girls, "Mommy!" But it hit on real issues: Abortion being a major one that sort of threw me for a loop when I rememberd all the 14-year-old girls in that line in front of me.

There is so much responsibility that comes with having an enormous following such as Meyer has with her fans. Rowling, too. When everyone--boys, girls, children, teens, and adults all love your work--How can you please every one?

I feel like at some point you must just have to close your eyes type wildly for 45 days screaming painfully through the whole things--Throw the manuscript to your editor still screaming "I'M DONE I'M DONE TAKE IT TAKE IT!!!" Releasing it like a bomb.

Precious.
